One of the best things I ever did was come to this centre, suffered depression for 30 years, since attending a course with a counselor called Bryan, I have improved ten fold, Nothing but praise to all the staff who make you feel welcome, all I can say is give it a try you wont regret it.
ReplyDeleteBryan has helped me no end. I had depression, anxiety and panic attacks. I have been supported to create my own course for creative writing which has given me confidence to mix with and help other people. This got me back writing again and gave me the courage to start entering my poems once more for competitions and publication.
ReplyDeleteThis short course has helped me train my mind to think more positive given the way I had been treated in the past together with brain damage and trauma. I feel better in myself and have credited Brian in the book I have written which explains my experiences.
ReplyDeleteMy problems weren’t the injuries I had but others attitudes and some people can be cruel, this negative side doesn’t bother me so much now as I have a more positive view on society. That isn’t perfect, but it is better.
