Our main party was on Wednesday
and a fabulous day was had by all our service users and members of the community
who attended. Thanks go to Gillian, our
Advice & Resource Co-ordinator and our own service users who between
them organised the week’s fun.
The party kicked off with
introductions whilst drinks and biscuits were enjoyed. A community member (Jason) had also
volunteered to help out and entertained us during the day with various Elvis
songs and other lively tunes. Thanks
also go to our cook, Kathryn and our volunteer cookery teacher Val who put on a
fabulous buffet for us all. Activities
included a pass the spoon game, jenga, family fortunes, secret Santa and fancy
dress prizes.
