Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Introduction:

Would you like to attend our next Cognitive Behaviour Therapy course?  It is being held over 8 sessions using the Living Life To The Full structure designed by Dr Chris Williams, who is a Professor of Psychiatry and Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist at the University of Glasgow.

It will be facilitated by our Mental Health Inclusion Worker, who will deliver the course and offer guided support.  The course content teaches key knowledge in how to tackle and respond to issues/demands which we all meet in our everyday lives.
